Dr. Rainer Lampe draws on extensive industry experience, most recently as CFO of Fresenius in Italy, and has been developing and supporting transformation programs for more than 25 years.
He is the founder and Senior Partner of Transformation Partner, a boutique consulting firm based in Frankfurt am Main. His core expertise lies in designing and implementing holistic change programs – from business build-up and growth to restructuring – as well as leading and managing change teams. Rainer complements this work by closing talent gaps through targeted executive search.
In addition, he actively supports start-ups, particularly in the healthcare, IT, and services sectors.
Rainer studied economics and law in Freiburg, business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and earned his doctorate in management consulting at WU Vienna. For over ten years, he has supported the University of St. Gallen and launched the think tank Zukunft-Fabrik.2050. He also serves as an ambassador for Frankfurt Forward, the business promotion initiative of the City of Frankfurt.
